Classroom Connections

There are many avenues for representatives from your organization to connect with Indiana Wesleyan University juniors and seniors in specialized classroom experiences. 

• Consider (1) serving as a mentor, (2) assisting with mock interview sessions and/or (3) conducting a presentation on job search techniques in the LDR 310: Life Skills, Work and Leadership course.  This class offers job search and life skills strategies from a life calling perspective.

• Participate in a (1) seminars preparing students for the job search process and/or (2) networking etiquette dinner associated with The BRIDGE. This major-specific job search series is offered several times each year.

• Serve as a (1) group chaperone and/or (2) table volunteer in the maze at Reality 101. This annual spring event allows 1,000 Grant County eighth graders to experience one day in the life of a 28-year old adult as well as provides a weath of learning opportunities to understand the importance of staying in school and getting good grades.
